Touchdown in Lagos, Nigeria

Our group has touched down in Nigeria. It is a city that has to be seen to be believed. There are many challenges and opportunities here for an environmental scientist.

We are here on a campagne to recruit students to come and study at Avans University of Applied Science. We don't want to change Nigeria. We want to change a few Nigerians that will come back and change Nigeria. I hope that we will be successful.

We've rented a reception room at a local Hotel called The Federal Palace. We will be giving presentations on Saturday the 10th and Wednesday the 14th. Presentations will be given at 10.00 and 13.00 on both days. If you are in the area, come and join!

We've made a radio jingle and put it on a popular radio station called Cool FM. If you'ld like to hear it, download it here.

In the picture on the right is the African voice of Avans Univerity of Applied Sciences. She's the one everyone is pointing too.
